ECAS Distance Sensor

The starting point in an electronic truck stability control system is an ECAS distance sensor. For Electronically Controlled Air Suspension (ECAS), the sensor is attached to the axle with a level arm. It measures the distance between the axle and the vehicle body, sending data via cable to the ECU.
